Our workshops are perfect for an afternoon to yourself to recharge, a girls' day out, a family outing or creative time with coworkers. Our studio is fun and welcoming.

Have you ever wanted to try the potter's wheel? We've created a fun, 3-hour workshop just for you! You'll get instruction and hands-on practice with 5 pieces of clay for the steps to center, open, throw on the wheel, and clean up (gotta experience the whole process, right?). Most people create a piece or two, but everyone can claim they tried it! Come back in 4 weeks to pick up your fired glazed piece(s).
These book up well in advance, so keep checking! We're always adding more!
We will do our best to get your pieces through the two firings. However, the process can be hard on pieces, and not everything comes out. It's the experience that matters, not perfection.

Celebrate Spring and Mom
Tweens 11+ and adults – all levels
3-hour workshop
Great class for novices, dates, and friends' night out!
Take a day with Mom, come with friends, or recharge alone. You will create a decorated planter and vase, just in time for spring planting or flowers! Start your herbs in a 4" planter with tray or get ready for spring flowers with a 7" vase. Add your own personal style with texture rollers, stamps, Elan Transfers! You will choose a glaze color from our wide selection and pick up your piece after we fire and glaze it in about 4 weeks.

"I Made That" Workshop Series
Garden Totems
Age 14 to adults – all levels
6-hour workshop: March 15th, March 23rd, or May 10th
Dress up your garden with a handmade garden totem. We are so in love with the possibilities of these garden totems! Hand-build 5 shapes to form your totem. Make 2 separation discs plus 3 shapes of your choosing. Examples are orbs, fish, flower, bird, simple cylinders, conical spheres, hollow circles, rectangle, or maybe an infinity to get started. We will teach you slab, extruder, and pinch hand-building methods. Highlight one decorated piece with underglazes and the remainder will be glazed by our staff with our fun dipping glazes. A rebar rod is included. We will fire and glaze them and have them back to you in 3-4 weeks.

Elevate Your Hand-Built Pottery with Color and Patterns
Teens 12+ and adults – all levels
3-hour workshop
Go free-form with this new workshop and make 2 fun pieces! First, choose your hand-building templates: travel mug, jar, vase or planter. Then add a pop of color with underglazes and patterns by our friends at Elan Transfers. This is your time to be unique and let go! We will fire to bisque and then clear glaze them for you. Pickup time is 4 weeks.

Birdhouses
Tweens 11+ and adults – all levels
3-hour workshop
Great class for novices, dates, and friends' night out!
In this fun, 3-hour workshop, you will create either a bird house or bird feeder. Use one of our examples or get creative and we will help you make your own version!
This is a handbuilding event using slabs, textures, and templates. Add your own personal style with texture rollers or stamps. You will choose a glaze color from our wide selection and pick up your piece after we fire and glaze it in about 3-4 weeks.

Berry Bowl
Who? 11+ and adults – all levels
3-hour class - multiple times offered
Great for friends and families who are looking for a clay date!
You will create a berry basket/colander that not only looks great on your counter, but holds your fresh fruit! This is a slab building and decorating class where you can add your own personal style with texture rollers or stamps! You will choose a glaze color from our selection and pick up your piece after we fire and glaze it in about 4 weeks.

Vegetable or herb markers and herb bowl
Who? Teens 11+ and adults – all levels. Because of Mother's Day, we lowered the age to 11! :)
3-hour class - multiple times offered
Whether you are planting containers on your windowsill or a garden, these markers will make you smile! Create a set of 6 vegetable and or herb markers and a small pinch bowl that collects your herb leaves off the stem! Add your own personal style with texture rollers, stamps, and undergalze color and use our Elan Transfers for the names names! Choose to either clear glaze them or leave them bare and pick up your pieces after we fire and glaze it in about 4 weeks.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY FOR WORKSHOPS
We accept cancellations 48 hours or more before the workshop start time for a 94% refund or a vouher valid for 12 months. Refunds are not offered for cancellations, or reschedule reqests within 48 hours. Also, we require a minimum number of students to hold a workshop. We will notify you within 2 days of the workshop's start time and refund 100% of the price if the workshop cannot be held.
Thank you for understanding. Our instructors schedule far in advance and we want to be respectful of their time.
